All items offered on Wolven Storm (WS) are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Note: We have 02 payment gateways: one in California and the other in Canada. Therefore please be reminded that you can be charged international fee if your money comes into our payment gateway in Canada.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 2 – 7 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Estimated Delivery: 1 – 3 weeks (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Especially, we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 (within US). Buy more, save more!

At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologize in advanced for this inconvenience.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:

- Most items are $4.99 for one item + $2 per additional item (except for canvas)

- CANVAS shipping:

Our top-notch package is specifically designed for safe transport. Our plastic sleeve keeps the item secure and in place. The over-extended edges provide additional resilience against outside forces making sure the package reaches its destination damage-free. If you order more than one artwork, Canvas will be shipped separately each with tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

For example:

If you order 02 8x12 canvases, the shipping cost will be: $8.5 each x 2 = $17

If you order 01 8x12 canvas + 01 other product (mug/shirt/fleece blanket…), the shipping cost will be: $8.5 + $4.99 = $13.49

If you order 01 8x12 canvas + 02 other products (mug/shirt/fleece blanket…), the shipping cose will be: $8.5 + $4.99 + $2 = $15.49

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
